Find a space to comfortably roll out your mat. You can also train on a carpet, on a blanket or on a thick towel.
If you have a foam roller, a training ball, rubber bands or dumbbells, we’ll use them for sure. If not, your own body weight and a broom stick will be enough.
Make sure you have at least an hour for yourself, calm your breathe, have some water ready and let’s go.
